Sophie Foster or Fitz Vacker (Toa of Psionics much?), Marella Redek (easy, Toa of Fire), Linh Song (Toa of Water), Jensi (Matoran, Plantlife), Ro as a Vortixx or Steltian would be interesting -- just experiment with it!
Alternately, if you'd rather worldbuild around a similar conflict between secret organizations in a "fractured utopia" like in Keeper of the Lost Cities, it could be interesting to build it in the Kingdom universe!
Characters I'd love to see depicted in a fusion where Bionicle characters become elves from KOTLC:
Gali, Takanuva, (any of the Toa Nuva, really), Krakua, Artakha, Helryx, Tuyet, Jaller, -- these are a lot of characters I've shown in my Unlucky Mata series, and I would love to see your take on the universe or whatever scenes you'd like to depict in art. I love elemental abilities, both in Bionicle and KOTLC, and the differences between the two universes would be fun to merge into a fusion AU!

I love love love the idea of Gabe Reyes and Robbie Reyes interacting with Team Prime as they do in my AllSpark Ghost Rider series. Alternately, making Gabe and Robbie into spark siblings who crashed on Earth as Cybertronians is also an interesting concept to me -- two Transformers against a hostile world. If you aren't fans of the All-New Ghost Rider cast or aren't as familiar with Ghost Riders, depicting any of the Team Prime characters or Decepticons with a skeleton vibe and black and chrome details, on fire, as befitting the Ghost Rider aesthetic, I'd love to see that as well!!

My idea here is people from two of these things meeting each other, or characters from one encountering situations or setting elements from another. The parents from Song of the Sea, which is set in the early 1980s, should be able to meet the others when they're younger - I think they would probably have been born in the mid 1940s? Or if that doesn't work, the grandmother, or some of the fairy folk, would have been around even earlier, too. Spade & Greengage are both in France (but some characters from each could meet elsewhere just as easily), Song of the Sea is in Ireland (not too far to visit) and most Trouble with Lichen characters could go anywhere in the world, too.

Mountains gonna nom people's will as they do in both this universes. Also, both verses seem to have a similar view of immortality being a bad thing to get (certainly artificially, even not artificially)
potential prompts:
1) Zhang Qiling is the Divine Tool of Changbaishan. Typically the cultivation sects wait to make someone a Divine Tool until they are a Shed Skin. Xiaoge was probably forced into it even before he was a Ascended Spirit, maybe just after he had achieved Ascended Spirit. Given Xiaoge's family at the time, they were probably counting on him losing himself to it. But he is Xiaoge. Up to you how you want to have Zhang qilin blood and cultivation related.
2) Wu Xie would do very well taking down the combined world's cultivation. He sure does take down the Wang clan in Sha Hai and would have taken down the Zhang family who did that to Xiaoge when he finds out in Zang Hai Hua.
3) Fun with Dragon Veins in both verses
4) Fun with whatever Hei Xiazi is in the combined verse.

Sorry Lin Nansheng. aka Lin Nansheng and Zhang Da Fo Ye get to meet.
Potential prompts if you want them!
Potentially during the KMT (pre-1949): Lin Nansheng is investigating Fo Ye for his expenses that are either too well kept or because there is something that doesn't quite make sense about his expense keeping - which is getting the KMT suspicious, so they send Lin Nansheng after him. This could be either before or after Lin Nansheng is a communist, but it should amount to him and his team thinking Fo Ye hiding funds means he is working with the communists, but in reality, Fo Ye is hiding the entire Mystic Nine and tomb raiding and his trip with Er Yueyong, Ya Tou and Qi Tiezui to the Xinyue Hotel, which Lin Nansheng is thoroughly unaware of.
Or potentially afterward (1949-): the Leader of "It" wants to keep Fo Ye in line, and Fo ye is doing many things that are not in line with the Leader of "It's" orders, so the Leader of "it" calls in Lin Nansheng to keep Fo Ye on his toes. Alternatively, the Leader of "It" tasking an unaware Lin Nansheng with going through Fo Ye's expenses to, in reality, find where Fo Ye has stashed Zhang Qiling, as Fo Ye has put him in Golmud which is a semi-autonomous district and away from the Leader of "It." Both Fo Ye and the Leader of "it" have an interest in keeping the reality of what Lin Nansheng is looking for and the nature of the entire project of "it" from him. - Can do either with the Leader of "It" being the figure most people would compare to being an emperor under the CPC (as NPSS did) or someone else high up in the CPC.
Can either have Zhang Rishan present or not.
Could have any of the other characters from The Rebel present too.

but instead would love going into the philosophy of souls of both the verses - aka merging the 3 hun soul-fires with daemons-as-souls
1) Is one of their souls now in their daemon instead of on them?
2) Being without souls that crawled up through the cracks: are youchu+the Ghost Tribe Spectres?
2a) Shen Wei encountering Will Parry and having a conversation with him -maybe teaching him how to use his abilities with the knife while making sure spectres don't come out
2b) or possibly just the subtle knife and being like "... why would you invent a thing that does that???"
3) The events that take place in The Amber Spyglass with the World of the Dead - could that fit into Guardian's Difu/Underworld at all? How would that work with Guardian?
4) Zhao Yunlan and Lyra Silvertongue being on different sets of universes with different underworlds and then meeting and talking would be fine to!
5) The events of The Amber Spyglass and Guardian could happen relatively close together in time -> Lyra fixed her world's underworld (mustard seed?) where people were getting trapped, while Shen Wei fixed the spectres/ghost tribe situation, though possibly a few years later (so that Lyra and Will can still do the Botanical Gardens thing every year for a few years).

Maybe the seal in K-Pop Demon Hunters could be sealed in such a way that lets the demons have some chance at either reincarnation or getting out of there in some other way, potentially with Rumi and Jinu adding in the demons who want to come up to be protected by the seal as well, like Shen Wei did with the seal in Guardian.
This could be a just add reincarnation thing too! Entirely up to you!
It could be either with just the KPDH's characters or with various Guardian characters thrown in. Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan meeting with the K-Pop Demon Hunters and Jinu would be very fun too!

The intro scene to Daomu Biji movie Mystic Nine Qing Shan Hai Tang is very similar to that of X-men First Class, and the scene where Zhang Qishan is hunting down the people who ran the camp where he and his father were taken and experimented on is very similar to the Erik Lehnsherr Nazi Hunter scenes. (To the point someone might have made Qing Shai Hai Tang as a loving tribute to X-men First Class), so...
- Either Zhang Qishan and Erik Lehnsherr meet at some point after WWII, (could potentially be much later, pulling from the books and comics, both of them later have roles in their respective governments - Zhang Qishan Zhang Da Fo Ye has his role in "it" which was a government project run by someone high up in the CPC, and Magneto has Hammer Bay, Genosha), and either have read files on each other. Or Zhang Qishan and Erik Lehnsherr started sharing info with each other that one of them finds that could be helpful to the other in their tracking.
-In a shared universe, too, are the Zhang family a subsect of mutants? Or something else?

My idea here is people from two of these things meeting each other, or characters from one encountering situations or setting elements from another. The parents from Song of the Sea, which is set in the early 1980s, should be able to meet the others when they're younger - I think they would probably have been born in the mid 1940s? Or if that doesn't work, the grandmother, or some of the fairy folk, would have been around even earlier, too. Spade & Greengage are both in France (but some characters from each could meet elsewhere just as easily), Song of the Sea is in Ireland (not too far to visit) and most Trouble with Lichen characters could go anywhere in the world, too.

Mountains gonna nom people's will as they do in both this universes. Also, both verses seem to have a similar view of immortality being a bad thing to get (certainly artificially, even not artificially)
potential prompts:
1) Zhang Qiling is the Divine Tool of Changbaishan. Typically the cultivation sects wait to make someone a Divine Tool until they are a Shed Skin. Xiaoge was probably forced into it even before he was a Ascended Spirit, maybe just after he had achieved Ascended Spirit. Given Xiaoge's family at the time, they were probably counting on him losing himself to it. But he is Xiaoge. Up to you how you want to have Zhang qilin blood and cultivation related.
2) Wu Xie would do very well taking down the combined world's cultivation. He sure does take down the Wang clan in Sha Hai and would have taken down the Zhang family who did that to Xiaoge when he finds out in Zang Hai Hua.
3) Fun with Dragon Veins in both verses
4) Fun with whatever Hei Xiazi is in the combined verse.

Potentially during the KMT (pre-1949): Lin Nansheng is investigating Fo Ye for his expenses that are either too well kept or because there is something that doesn't quite make sense about his expense keeping - which is getting the KMT suspicious, so they send Lin Nansheng after him. This could be either before or after Lin Nansheng is a communist, but it should amount to him and his team thinking Fo Ye hiding funds means he is working with the communists, but in reality, Fo Ye is hiding the entire Mystic Nine and tomb raiding and his trip with Er Yueyong, Ya Tou and Qi Tiezui to the Xinyue Hotel, which Lin Nansheng is thoroughly unaware of.
Or potentially afterward (1949-): the Leader of "It" wants to keep Fo Ye in line, and Fo ye is doing many things that are not in line with the Leader of "It's" orders, so the Leader of "it" calls in Lin Nansheng to keep Fo Ye on his toes. Alternatively, the Leader of "It" tasking an unaware Lin Nansheng with going through Fo Ye's expenses to, in reality, find where Fo Ye has stashed Zhang Qiling, as Fo Ye has put him in Golmud which is a semi-autonomous district and away from the Leader of "It." Both Fo Ye and the Leader of "it" have an interest in keeping the reality of what Lin Nansheng is looking for and the nature of the entire project of "it" from him. - Can do either with the Leader of "It" being the figure most people would compare to being an emperor under the CPC (as NPSS did) or someone else high up in the CPC.
Can either have Zhang Rishan present or not.
Could have any of the other characters from The Rebel present too.

1) Is one of their souls now in their daemon instead of on them?
2) Being without souls that crawled up through the cracks: are youchu+the Ghost Tribe Spectres?
2a) Shen Wei encountering Will Parry and having a conversation with him -maybe teaching him how to use his abilities with the knife while making sure spectres don't come out
2b) or possibly just the subtle knife and being like "... why would you invent a thing that does that???"
3) The events that take place in The Amber Spyglass with the World of the Dead - could that fit into Guardian's Difu/Underworld at all? How would that work with Guardian?
4) Zhao Yunlan and Lyra Silvertongue being on different sets of universes with different underworlds and then meeting and talking would be fine to!
5) The events of The Amber Spyglass and Guardian could happen relatively close together in time -> Lyra fixed her world's underworld (mustard seed?) where people were getting trapped, while Shen Wei fixed the spectres/ghost tribe situation, though possibly a few years later (so that Lyra and Will can still do the Botanical Gardens thing every year for a few years).

Maybe the seal in K-Pop Demon Hunters could be sealed in such a way that lets the demons have some chance at either reincarnation or getting out of there in some other way, potentially with Rumi and Jinu adding in the demons who want to come up to be protected by the seal as well, like Shen Wei did with the seal in Guardian.
This could be a just add reincarnation thing too! Entirely up to you!
It could be either with just the KPDH's characters or with various Guardian characters thrown in. Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan meeting with the K-Pop Demon Hunters and Jinu would be very fun too!

The intro scene to Daomu Biji movie Mystic Nine Qing Shan Hai Tang is very similar to that of X-men First Class, and the scene where Zhang Qishan is hunting down the people who ran the camp where he and his father were taken and experimented on is very similar to the Erik Lehnsherr Nazi Hunter scenes. (To the point someone might have made Qing Shai Hai Tang as a loving tribute to X-men First Class), so...
- Either Zhang Qishan and Erik Lehnsherr meet at some point after WWII, (could potentially be much later, pulling from the books and comics, both of them later have roles in their respective governments - Zhang Qishan Zhang Da Fo Ye has his role in "it" which was a government project run by someone high up in the CPC, and Magneto has Hammer Bay, Genosha), and either have read files on each other. Or Zhang Qishan and Erik Lehnsherr started sharing info with each other that one of them finds that could be helpful to the other in their tracking.
-In a shared universe, too, are the Zhang family a subsect of mutants? Or something else?
